All orders must be placed on our official website.
Orders are confirmed only once payment is successfully processed.

Prices are shown in USD and include applicable taxes, unless otherwise stated.
Any additional charges, such as delivery, will be clearly displayed at checkout.

4. Product Availability

Our cheesecakes are made in limited batches to ensure freshness.
We reserve the right to:

  • Modify or discontinue products without prior notice.
  • Substitute items with others of equal or greater value if any ingredient is unavailable.

If a product is out of stock after you place your order, we will contact you to offer alternatives or a refund.

5. Collection and Delivery

  • Pick-up: Available every day from 11am to 8:00 pm at our kitchen in Miami.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

Orders can be cancelled up to 12 hours before the scheduled pickup or delivery time.
After this period, cancellations and refunds are not accepted, as we begin preparation immediately.

Refunds or credits will only be issued in cases of:

  • Damaged or incorrect products
  • Verified quality issues

All refund requests must be sent within 24 hours of receiving the order to hello@laviciosacheesecake.com.

7. Allergies and Dietary Information

Although we strive to list ingredients accurately, our products are made in a kitchen that handles dairy, eggs, gluten, nuts, and soy .
We cannot guarantee that any item is completely free of allergens.
It is the customer's responsibility to inform us of any allergies before placing the order.
